A crew from Icon Structures tore apart and took to the landfill on Monday the decades-old benches of a lab upstairs in Bethany College's Nelson Science Center, in preparation to build a lab for teaching with human cadavers. The school said the building and renovation portion of the project, $650,000, has been reached through gifts and pledges. Money is still needed for equipment and supplies. The cadaver lab would set Bethany apart from most small liberal arts colleges in the region. Scott Bontz photo
