The Lindsborg City Council on Monday night approved a $8,355 contract with Ann Arbor, Mich., artist David Zinn to teach at a new event, Chalk the Välk, which will make the Välkommen Trail north of Lincoln Street a canvas April 12 during the Messiah Festival of the Arts.
