TOPEKA — Kansas lawmakers want to eliminate a tax credit that aims to build affordable homes throughout the state. They say the program costs too much money, despite an ongoing housing shortage.

Bethany, 2-year school team for law study
Bethany College announced another collaboration that allows students to earn an associate of arts degree at Hutchinson Community College and then transfer the credits toward a bachelor’s degree at the Lindsborg school. This new arrangement is for study of criminal justice.
