Bonita L. “Bonnie” Young, 91, passed away on April 20, 2025 at Bethany Home in Lindsborg, KS. Bonnie was born on March 26, 1934 in Rural Saline County, KS to parents Clarence and Judith (Johnson) Gillberg.
 Bonnie was a homemaker and a waitress.
 She was preceded in death by parents; husband: John; daughter: Judy Ann; grandson: Jeremy Watkins; and special cat Lil’ Mo.
 Bonita is survived by sons: Rusty (Tammy), Dustin (Danielle), and Randy (Karen) Young; daughters: Kathy Allison and Jaylene Holcom (Ted); brother: Allyn Dean Gillberg (Sue); 21 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-granddaughters due in August; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
 Cremation has been chosen. A Memorial graveside service will be held at Assaria Lutheran Cemetery on Thursday May 1st at 2:00 p.m.
