More than 400 used tires were left in the basement of the building once used by Gallant Tire & Auto at the southwest corner of Main and Lincoln. Building owner Dwight Swisher wants to clean up and sell the place. The Bethany College cross country team carried up all of the tires and piled them out back for him. They are free for the taking.
