The fellowship hall at Trinity United Methodist Church was an art auction house Saturday, with 180 works on the walls and tables, each paraded in turn before buyers in person and online. The highest bid was $5,500, for a Lester Raymer painting of women called “The Three Graces.” But many of the original pieces were had for less than $100, including a ceramic jar by David Long and serigraph of a Southwest church, artist unknown, each for $30.
