The man who bought the old Ace Hardware building and turned it into Valkyrie-Dala Fitness had a felony theft record in New Mexico, and the couple who sold the place has sued to foreclose for lack of payment and say they can’t find him. David Rendon is selling the business itself, and told the buyer that the old criminal case against him was a setup.
Valkyrie-Dala Fitness has suffered from hearsay about the founder, David Rendon, and because Rendon moved away, says the man who is working to buy the business. Trevor Fischer said he wants to fulfill what Rendon said he'd bring to Lindborg with a gym.
